Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be returned via your original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
